Wendy Brabon currently lives and works in Santa Barbara Califorina where she loves spending time with her grandchildren.

Wendy's strengths include taking on large complex projects and using a lean process approach to streamline into simple bitesize chucks. She is currently leading global teams to meet serialization regulations for a multi-national pharmaceutical company to ensure a continued supply of medicines to patients.  Before working in corporate, Wendy owned her own company for twenty-four years serving small businesses and government in upstate New York.

Fortunate to both live and travel throughout the world and enjoy the many cultures, she could see a gap in her own life.  When I became sixty a few years back, I thought long and hard about the life I wanted to live. I looked to my idols like Gloria Steinem, Jane Fonda, and of course, Ruth Bader Ginsburg who continue to contribute to the world we live in regardless of age.

Armed with a life of chaos and change, she has learned to expand her beliefs and simplify her thoughts therefore putting her energy into what matters.  A recipe that includes; gratitude, meditation, and looking for ways to give back.

Her beliefs in the power of choice have allowed her to navigate the complexities of the world with grace. Wendy has bridged the gap between many beautiful cultures through her work, bringing people together and fostering understanding. Today, she approaches each day with gratitude and embraces change as an opportunity for growth.
